Traditionally eaten slopeside or in the sugar shacks of Northern Quebec, we make it available to enjoy all year round.

Our frosted maple taffy is expertly wrapped around different artisan cheeses for a one-bite experience that will leave your mouth watering for more. Since the idea was born in Toronto—or “The 6ix” as it is affectionally known—we’ve dubbed it the Maple Six.

Cheese Selection
Our Maple Six cheese selection consists of three artisan cheeses, ranging in strength from mild to medium to bold.
Keeping in theme with the Canadian experience, we serve cheeses that are made in Canada and specially curated with help from The Cheese Boutique.
The top three choices are 5-year-old Cheddar, Gun’s Hill Gouda, and Blue Benedictine.
